All new reMarkable customers receive a 50-day free trial of Connect, which you can activate within 30 days of creating your reMarkable account. After the trial ends, you can continue enjoying all the benefits for:

- $29.90 per year (giving you 12 months for the price of 10)

Activating your Connect subscription
Here is how to activate your Connect subscription:
1. Go to my.remarkable.com, sign up with your email, and verify your account through the email you receive.
2. Once you're logged in to my.remarkable.com, click Activate free trial.
Enter your payment information and click Activate Connect to complete the process.
Sharing and managing your Connect subscription
You can easily share the benefits of your Connect subscription with others by inviting them to join. This is perfect for small teams where one person manages the billing. From your account at my.remarkable.com, you can invite new members, remove them, or assign administrative roles like "Owner" or "User manager."
Adding new members costs an additional $2.99/month per user. If you have an annual subscription, enabling this feature will switch your plan to monthly billing.
Frequently asked questions
What happens with my free trial if I join someone else's plan?
If you are currently on a free trial, you’ll keep it. Once your trial ends, the plan owner will be charged for your subscription. If you are eligible for a free trial, it will begin when you join. If you leave the plan, your free trial cannot be resumed.
I already have Connect. What happens to my current subscription if I join another plan?
If you accept the invitation to join someone else's plan, that plan's owner will take over the payments for your subscription. You’ll still have access to all the same benefits and features.
My reMarkable is paired to my personal account. How do I join a plan without losing my documents?
You don’t need to re-pair your device. Simply change the email address associated with your existing account to the one that was invited to the plan. You can do this on my.remarkable.com by clicking Account in the menu and changing the email under Contact details.
