In this article, you’ll find information about how billing works and when to expect the first charge for your Connect subscription.
If you have an active Connect subscription, your card will be charged monthly or annually from the date your trial period is over.
It may take a few days for the transaction to show in your account.
If the billing date doesn’t occur in each month (for example, the 31st), you’ll instead be charged on the last day of each month.

New Connect customers
All customers with a new reMarkable account will be offered a 100-day free trial to Connect, when you buy a paper tablet in our webshop. Your monthly billing will start after the trial ends.
The free trial period starts when you activate Connect at my.remarkable.com. Do this as part of the setup process for your paper tablet after pairing your device with the cloud.
We’ll notify you before your free trial ends and your subscription automatically renews.
