If your Marker is unresponsive or writes without touching the display, you can normally resolve the issue by removing, replacing, and reinserting the Marker tip.
If you experience any of the issues listed below, go to returns.remarkable.com and submit a warranty claim. Note that our warranty doesn’t cover Markers that have been accidentally damaged or misplaced.
