You can return accessories that came with your reMarkable. The 50-day satisfaction guarantee only applies to purchases made in the reMarkable webshop. If purchased elsewhere, please contact the place of purchase for specific return instructions.
Returns that are eligible for a refund within the 50-day satisfaction guarantee must include all the items in your original order (this means your Marker and Folio - if applicable). For security reasons, we’re only able to send refunds to the original payment method and payee.
