How to activate your Connect subscription
Before activating Connect, you’ll need to set up your reMarkable and pair it with the cloud.
1. Go to my.remarkable.com
2. Click Sign up, enter your email address and password, then click Continue. We’ll email you as part of the verification process.
3. Go to your email inbox and click Verify your account in the email we sent you.
4. Once you’re logged in to my.remarkable.com, click Activate free trial.
5. Enter your payment information and click Activate Connect.
You’ve successfully activated your Connect subscription.
Troubleshooting
My paper tablet doesn’t show that I’ve got a Connect subscription.
Re-pairing your device can solve this issue. Here's how:
- Go to my.remarkable.com and log in.
- Click the menu in the upper-left corner, then Devices and apps.
- Click Unpair.
- Enter the one-time code on your paper tablet, and tap enter to re-pair the device (for full instructions on how to pair your device with the cloud, see this guide).
Once you’ve re-paired your device, it should display your current subscription.
I can’t sign in to my.remarkable.com.
If you can’t sign in, you can reset your password at my.remarkable.com. Just click Forgot password? and enter your email address.
If you don’t receive an email to reset your password, you might have provided an incorrect email address, you don’t have an account linked to that email address, or you’ve used a social login.
