Manage your subscription

You can easily manage your Connect subscription at my.remarkable.com. After logging in to your account, you can select Subscription in the upper-left menu to go to your subscription account page.

 

Your subscription account overview has the following information:

  • Your current Connect subscription (if you’re subscribed and your subscription has been activated)
  • Payment details, incl. your payment card and next billing date for Connect

 

You can also update your payment details or switch to annual billing from this page.


Update payment details

To update your card details, click Subscription in the upper-left menu, then select Change payment card.


Selecting monthly or annual billing

At my.remarkable.com you can switch to monthly or annual billing for Connect. Here’s how:

  1. Log in at my.remarkable.com.
  2. Click Subscription in the menu.
  3. Select Switch to annual billing or Switch to monthly billing.   


Change to annual billing, and you’ll also get 12 months of Connect for the price of 10.


Canceling your subscription

    • To see your current subscription details, go to the Subscription page at my.remarkable.com 
    • If you want to cancel your subscription, click on Cancel subscription. It’s important to remember that once your subscription expires on the date shown, you'll lose access to unlimited cloud storage and other benefits.


    Payment history

    You can view and download your receipts and payment history for your subscription under Account at my.remarkable.com.
