If you purchased your paper tablet at a different online or retail store, contact the store for refund details.
Read our return policy before you proceed so that you have all the information you need.
To return an order, you’ll need:
- The email address used to place the order
- The products you want to return
- A printer
If you don’t have access to the email address used to place the order, contact us for help.
1. Submit a return request
- Go to returns.remarkable.com.
- In the Email address box, enter the same email address that your order confirmation email was sent to. Then select Continue.
- Create a password, then select Create account.
- You’ll receive a verification email. In the email, select Verify email.
- Under Where did you purchase your product? select remarkable.com.
- Enter your order number and the serial number of your product. Then select Search.
- Select the order you want to return by checking the box in the upper-left corner. Make sure to update your shipping address before proceeding.
- Select your reason for returning your order.
If you can’t find your order number, contact us for help.
Our team will review your request within 1-3 business days. If your request is approved, you’ll receive an email with instructions on how to return your product(s).
2. Book a pickup or find a drop-off location with DHL
Ship your package by booking a pickup or finding a drop-off location with DHL.
Pickup: Select a date in the calendar, then a time slot using the drag-and-drop menu. Check the box to agree to our return policy. Note that a pickup can’t be scheduled more than 30 days in advance. If you need to, you can reschedule your pickup appointment.
Drop-off: Type your address in the box on the left, then select the nearest DHL drop-off location. Check the box to agree to our return policy.
3. Ship your package safely
Print and attach the shipping label, and ship it with DHL.
You’re responsible if your package is damaged in transit. To protect your product(s), we recommend that you:
- Use the original product packaging or another suitable box.
- Wrap the box in bubble wrap.
- Place the wrapped box in a larger box. Remove any stickers or markings, as these may cause your package to be returned to you. You’ll have to submit a new return request if this happens.
4. Receive your refund
Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll issue a full refund to the payment method you used when you placed your order. This can take 10-15 business days, and might take longer during holiday periods.
If you’re returning a paper tablet, make sure to also cancel your Connect subscription.
