If you receive an error message saying that the file couldn’t be sent, the first thing you could do is to try the steps found in this guide.
In some cases, the file is too large to be sent over email. To check if your file is too large, try sharing a small, empty notebook and see if you’re able to send it.
If you don't receive an error message, follow these steps and try again:
- Make sure you typed in the email address correctly
- Check that the email didn’t end up in the spam folder
- Check the filter settings for your email. Make sure there are no settings that block, or filter out, emails sent from my@remarkable.com. You can also manually create an exception rule for this email address.
Note: Google services aren’t available in some countries, which may affect you if you’re trying to use features that require a cloud connection (reMarkable uses Google servers).
To see if Google is available in your country, visit google.com. If the page doesn’t load, Google is not available where you are. Unfortunately, this means you won't be able to use cloud services on your reMarkable. (Includes features like Integrations and Send by email.)
