For many of our customers, the arrival of reMarkable is just around the corner, as we will send out the first production batch of reMarkable in late August. This first batch will be shipped to all customers who pre-ordered reMarkable between 30th of November 2016 and 2nd of February 2017.
But, in order for us to send reMarkable to our customers, we need them to verify that we have the correct delivery address and a valid telephone number.
The reason we need this information is that we have partnered up with DHL Express - one of the most reliable and fastest logistics providers globally. They will make sure to deliver reMarkable to our customers in a timely and safe way. In addition, we need to verify that customers have not changed their address in the period between they placed the pre-ordered and when the shipping starts.
All customers who are part of this first production batch should follow the steps in the received email as soon as possible. This information is critical for us to deliver reMarkable. Should a customer not provide us with this information, he/she will be placed in the next production shipping window with delivery in September.
