But, in order for us to send reMarkable to our customers, we need them to verify that we have the correct delivery address and a valid telephone number.
The reason we need this information is that we have partnered up with DHL Express - one of the most reliable and fastest logistics providers globally. They will make sure to deliver reMarkable to our customers in a timely and safe way. In addition, we need to verify that customers have not changed their address in the period between when they placed their order and when shipping starts.
We ask that our customers follow the steps in the received email as soon as possible. This information is critical for us to deliver reMarkable. Should a customer not provide us with this information, he/she will be placed in the next production shipping window with a later delivery.
