The reMarkable device appears frozen and does not respond. Nothing happens when pressing the buttons or using the stylus.
To solve this issue, try the following steps:
- Turn off the device by holding down the power button for 10 seconds
- Restart the device by pressing the power button for 2 seconds
If the device still does not respond:
- Charge the device with a different USB charger. Use a Micro-USB cable through a mains connected charger to charge your reMarkable device. Allow the charger to be plugged in for at least 1 hour before using the device.
