The reMarkable does not support DRM-protected files. Make sure that your files do not contain DRM. The reMarkable supports PDF and EPUB file formats. Any other file types are currently not compatible with the device.
If you are having issues with importing files, try the following steps:
- Check that your device is connected to a WiFi network
- Restart the reMarkable Desktop app
- Restart your reMarkable device
- Restart the reMarkable mobile app
