In order to return your reMarkable device, please follow these steps:
- Create an account at remarkable.12return.com in order to create a return request. You will receive an email confirmation when your request has been processed and approved by one of our staff. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your return once the request has been submitted. It may take up up to a week in periods of high demand.
- Schedule a time for pickup by DHL at remarkable.12return.com. Make sure to print and attach the Return label to the parcel. The return label can be found in the booking request.
- You will be issued a refund* or replacement within 10 days once the package is received and processed at our facilities. Please allow for more time during holiday periods.
Please make sure that the reMarkable merchandise to be returned is packaged according to the requirements of our carrier. Furthermore, please make sure that you take the adequate steps to backup your data and/or reset your device before returning your reMarkable.
*Note that we do not refund customs and VAT. Customs duties, VAT and other fees or taxes will be handled by the relevant authorities in the shipment address country.
