All orders that include a device will be shipped with free express delivery. For orders that only contain accessories, you can choose between express or standard delivery. The delivery process will therefore depend on the type of shipping chosen.

1. Receive order confirmation |
After you have placed your order in our webshop, an order confirmation email will be sent from sales@remarkable.com to the email address that was registered during checkout. The order confirmation holds information about your order and your order ID. Your sales documentation will also be attached, where you'll see your invoice showing the total price including and excluding VAT. This email serves as your receipt, please keep it for your records.

When your order is ready for shipping you will receive an email from team@remarkable.com with your tracking number and a tracking link. You will be able to track your order as soon as it has shipped.

3. Your order is shipped |
Once your order has shipped you will receive an email from the courier with the expected delivery date. This email also allows you to change your shipping details if needed, such as your address or delivery method. You can for example choose to have your order delivered to your preferred address, your neighbor, or a pick-up point.

4. Delivery |
Your reMarkable order will be delivered to your selected delivery address or pick up point.
