Check your address
First, check your address using this form, to make sure DHL’s pick-up service is available where you are.
Make sure Hong Kong and New Territories are filled out in the Destination Country and Destination City, as shown in the above image.
If you hit search and the above image shows, it means the zip code address you entered is valid for the DHL pick-up service, and that you can go to returns.remarkable.com and request a return with the address in question.
If you're unable to stay at this address to meet DHL for your pick-up appointment, it’s possible to take your return to the closest DHL office and hand it over to one of their staff.
If the above image shows, it means that DHL doesn't offer their pick-up service at your selected zip code address. You’ll need to find a new address for DHL to pick up from, or take the package to a DHL drop-off point, if you’d like to process the return free of charge.
