Why can’t I get my repaired device back?
Due to the potentially long waiting times for repairs, we choose to send you a new refurbished device immediately after you have returned your faulty one. This limits the amount of time you’re without your reMarkable and gets you back to taking notes quicker.
When ordering a refurbished device in our returns portal, the price you'll pay includes the return of your original device, its replacement (inc. delivery), and VAT/import duties to your respective country.
Your new reMarkable has a 36-month warranty if you have an active subscription to Connect and haven't canceled or downgraded your subscription at any time.*
Payment is managed by Stripe, using a credit or debit card, and is safe and hassle-free.
