If you bought your reMarkable after 12 October 2021
It's easy to add a Connect subscription to your reMarkable paper tablet. Go to my.remarkable.com to sign up to Connect.
If you bought your reMarkable before 12 October 2021
If you have a reMarkable account, go to my.remarkable.com and approve our new terms and conditions to get Connect for free.
If you don’t have an account yet, head to my.remarkable.com and click on “Don’t have an account? Sign up” to get started.

If you bought your reMarkable before 12 October 2021, but created an account after 12 October 2021, or have lost your login details, please fill in this form to get free access to Connect.
Make sure that your Order ID is correct when filling out the form. If the details you’ve provided are not correct we’ll send you an email asking for more information. We’ll also send you an email confirming your free access once Connect has been activated and linked to your account.
If you don’t have your Order Confirmation email to find your order ID, please provide another proof of purchase and allow our support team time to arrange your access to Connect.
You can find your Order Confirmation email by searching for an email containing “Order Confirmation” from sales@remarkable.com.
