The reMarkable device is currently only compatible with EPUB and PDF file formats. Certain files may be DRM-protected, which can not be used with the reMarkable.
If a non-DRM ePub file is not showing the text properly, then there’s a few things you can try.
- Go to text settings while you have the ebook open. Change the justification and the line spacing. You can also try to change the page margins and the size of the text. Take a look at how to change settings in this article on our support pages.
- If this don’t work you can try to delete the book from the reMarkable and try to import it again.
- If the above troubleshooting tips don’t work you can submit a bug report to our team here and we will fix it in a future software update.
