Shipping costs for the reMarkable paper tablet are included in the price. The shipping method may vary depending on your shipment address, country, and region.
Express shipping is available for the reMarkable and all accessories. The estimated shipping time is as follows:
1 - 2 business days: Hong Kong
2 - 5 business days: Bulgaria, Canary Islands, Greece, Malta, Romania, Slovakia, Sweden: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein

You will receive an email from DHL within 24-48 hours of placing an order. This email contains the tracking information for your order. Should you need to change your shipping address, you can do so through a link in the email from DHL.

- Make sure to check your spam folder.
- See your tracking information for delivery details.
Important information when using PayPal as a payment method:
Please make sure that you submit the correct shipping details for your order. When placing an order with Paypal as a payment method, the address you have in your personal Paypal account will automatically appear as your address for this order, the address can not be changed in the checkout process. Due to this, it's important that you have your correct address in your personal Paypal account before you place your order. If you can see in your order summary after you have made your purchase that the address is wrong, please follow the step below.
How to change delivery preferences:
Should you need to change your shipping address, you can do so through a link you will find in the email from DHL. Note that you can only change your address to an address in the same country. If you need to change your address to a different country, please get in touch with DHL and tell them to ship the order back to us. Once your tracking shows "returned to shipper", please contact our customer support team and we will refund you the amount you paid, or place a new order for you to your correct address.
If your order is shipped with Post NL, Canada Post, Hong Kong expresses shipping or DPEX, please please get in touch with your courier to make the address change as we don't have the possibility to change your address once it's shipped.
