If you receive an error message stating that the file could not be sent, the first thing you could do is to try the steps found in our Cloud connection issues troubleshooting guide.
It could also be that the file is too large to be sent over email. To verify whether this is the case, try sharing a small, empty notebook and see if that makes a difference.
If you don't even receive an error message, follow the below steps and try again:
- Make sure you typed in the email address correctly
- Double check if the email ended up in the spam folder
- Check your email’s filter settings. Make sure there are no settings that block, or filter out, emails sent from my@remarkable.com. Manually create an exception rule for this address, just in case
