We’ve updated the user interface on our desktop and mobile apps so they more closely resemble the interface on your reMarkable. We’ve also made them easier to use, and added some new features.
Trash is now available on the desktop and mobile apps. This means it doesn’t matter if you move something to trash from your paper tablet, or one of the apps — it will be synced just like any other document, and be available to restore or permanently delete from whichever device you choose.
Better drag and drop for desktop
Drag and drop has been improved significantly. You can now drag documents directly into a folder or hover over folders to open them. Organizing your notes, sketches, and documents from your desktop is smoother than ever.
Keyboard navigation for desktop
This latest update introduces the option to use your keyboard arrows to move around.
The same search functionality previously found in the desktop app and on your reMarkable, can now be found in The reMarkable Companion app for Android and iOS. Easily find what you’re looking for, with the mobile app’s new search function.
We’ve also made some improvements under the hood to make things run even better.
