You're entitled to return either part of your order (e.g. your Marker or Folio), or you can return your entire order as long as you are still within your satisfaction guarantee period.
If you want to switch or upgrade your Folio or Marker you can return your current item and place a new order with your preferred accessories in our webshop.
If you are returning your device for a refund, make sure to sign in to your account at my.remarkable.com and cancel your subscription there, in addition to returning the device. You can cancel your subscription at my.remarkable.com under Account overview.
Note: If you are returning a reMarkable device for repair/replacement, please do not include the Folio or Marker.
