Use the email address you used when ordering in our webshop.
*For repair cases you will be offered to purchase a newly-refurbished reMarkable for a reduced price.
*For warranty cases please allow 3-5 working days for one of our customer service agents to review your case.
|2. Book a pick-up/find a drop-off location with DHL.|
Please note that the pickup can not be scheduled more than 30 days in advance.
For drop-off - select the nearest DHL drop-off location by typing your address into the textbox on the left.
For pick-up - select a suitable date from the calendar.
|3. You’ll receive a text or email from DHL as soon as your new device is shipped and on its way.|
