As an existing customer, you’re entitled to a free Connect subscription. In this article, you’ll find information on how to get access to Connect - whether you have a reMarkable account or not.
Using Connect as an existing customer
Customers who bought their reMarkable paper tablet before October 12, 2021, get an unlimited free subscription to Connect.
If you created a reMarkable account prior to this date, you’ll automatically be given free access to Connect. All you have to do is go to my.remarkable.com and accept our new terms and conditions.
If you haven't created an account yet, then you'll need to do so before claiming your free access.
How to redeem your Connect subscription (if you already have an account)
1. Go to my.remarkable.com and sign in with your reMarkable account.
2. Accept our new terms and conditions required for Connect.
You now have free, unlimited access to Connect.

If you’re an existing customer and didn’t create a reMarkable account before October 12, 2021, you can easily register by visiting my.remarkable.com and selecting "Sign up".
Once you've signed up contact our customer service team to start your subscription. Please include a receipt or proof of purchase.
How to redeem your Connect subscription (if you don’t have an account)
1. Go to my.remarkable.com and select "Sign up.”
Make sure that the Order ID is correct. You can find your Order ID in your order confirmation email by searching for an email containing “Order confirmation” from email@example.com.
If you don’t have your Order ID, please include a receipt or proof of purchase.
If you provide our support team with the correct Order ID number and the email address linked to your reMarkable account, you’ll get free access to Connect as soon as we have processed your request.
If the details you’ve provided are not correct for any reason, our support team will send you an email asking for more information. We’ll also send you an email confirming your free access once Connect is activated. (Please allow additional time for us to handle requests where incorrect details are provided.)
What is considered proof of purchase?
We’ll accept the following forms of receipt: A bank statement showing payment to reMarkable, or an order ID from our retailers, own stores, business purchases, an Amazon order ID, or reMarkable 1 pre-order ID.
No longer have access to your my.remarkable account?
If you no longer have access to the email address that you used to create your reMarkable account for any reason, please go to my.remarkable.com and create a new account and then contact our support team with your old my.remarkable email address and the new one so that we can help get you set up.
