In this article, you’ll find information about how monthly billing works and when to expect the first charge to occur for both Connect and Connect Lite subscription plans.
If you have an active Connect subscription, your card will be charged monthly on the date you registered. The same date will also be the start of your billing cycle. It may take a few days for the transaction to show in your account. If the billing date is a day that does not occur in each month (for example, the 31st), you will instead be charged on the last day of the month. New Connect customers
When purchased with reMarkable 2 a Connect Plan is initially a 3-month prepaid subscription.
Your monthly billing cycle will start 114 days after the original order was placed (due to delivery times, fourteen days are added to ensure you get the most value from your plan once your device arrives).
New Connect Lite customers
For Connect Lite customers, the first charge occurs when you place your order in our webshop. Your monthly billing cycle then starts 44 days after your order was placed to ensure you get a full month.
