Connect billing date
In this article, you’ll find information about how monthly billing works and when to expect the first charge to occur for both Connect and Connect Lite subscription plans.
If you have an active Connect subscription, your card will be charged monthly on the date you registered. The same date will also be the start of your billing cycle. It may take a few days for the transaction to show in your account. If the billing date is a day that does not occur in each month (for example, the 31st), you will instead be charged on the last day of the month. You can view your billing date on your account page at my.remarkable.com.
New Connect customers
You’ll get a 100-day free Connect trial included when you purchase reMarkable 2 in our webshop. Your monthly billing begins after the 100-day trial has ended (the free trial starts when you receive your device - but you can access it at any time by activating Connect).
We’ll notify you before your free trial ends and your subscription automatically renews.
New Connect Lite customers
For Connect Lite customers, the first charge occurs after making your purchase at my.remarkable.com. Your monthly billing cycle then starts on this date each month.
