Information about what to do if you're purchasing reMarkable and Connect to give to someone else.
If you’re buying a reMarkable tablet and Connect subscription for someone else, please forward the activation link you received in your order confirmation email. If you’d prefer not to show the price to the person receiving the gift - we’ll send a reminder email with an activation link that they can use.
If you also want to pay for their Connect subscription, please make sure that the person receiving the gift has the payment details you want to be used for the account. Payment details can only be changed by the person with login details for the reMarkable account paired with a subscription.
If you received your reMarkable paper tablet as a gift, you can sign up to a Connect plan at my.remarkable.com.
How to solve some common issues
I forgot to forward the email and the activation link has now expired.
Please contact our support team so they can send you the order confirmation email along with a new activation link. The person receiving the gift can then follow the activation link and set up their account.
The person receiving the gift has already set up an account.
Please forward them the activation link and ask them to sign into their account using the link. Their subscription will then be active in their account.
