Without a subscription, you can still use the cloud to sync your documents – quickly and easily. However, files will stop syncing to the mobile and desktop apps if they haven’t been used or opened in 50 days. You'll still have all your notes in one place, automatically stored on your paper tablet.
How 50-day sync works
Documents that you haven’t opened for more than 50 days will stop syncing across devices. These documents will only be available on your paper tablet, not on the desktop or mobile apps.
How to sync documents
While connected to Wi-Fi, open the files you need access to. This will automatically sync your files across all your connected devices. Make sure to open the documents you want to sync once every 50 days to keep them updated in the cloud.
Read on reMarkable
Read on reMarkable is a way to consume your favorite blogs, news stories, or long-form content. Save web articles for later and build a reading list that you can go back to when you have time.
Use the browser extension to send articles in a simplified text format to your device. You can also send articles as PDFs. Once you’ve sent content to your reMarkable account, you can read and annotate without distractions on your paper tablet.
