Admin rights for more than one account
Currently, it’s not possible to be an admin for more than one reMarkable account. Hopefully, this is something we can offer in the future.
Having trouble signing in?
Make sure that you're using the correct email address and password to sign in. Keep in mind that even though some email services, such as Gmail, ignore certain characters like dots and pluses, it's important to write the email address exactly as you wrote it when signing up.
If you are certain you're using the correct email address, you can click the "Forgot password?" link, and reset your password. Simply enter your email address and click Continue. We’ll send you an email with instructions for resetting your password.
If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder, to make sure it has not been filtered as spam. If you have not received the email, that is an indicator that you either used a different email address when signing up, or actually used Facebook or Google for authentication.

Having trouble receiving the one-time code to connect your device?
See this troubleshooting guide if you’re having issues using the one-time code to connect your device.
Connect a new device
You connect your paper tablet to the reMarkable cloud by setting up a reMarkable account. By connecting to the cloud you can access your files in the mobile and desktop applications, and import files to your reMarkable.
Connect a new reMarkable paper tablet to the cloud by following the steps in this how-to guide.
Download our apps
The desktop and mobile apps allow you to easily sync your notebooks, documents, and ebooks across your devices when connected to Wi-Fi. The mobile app "The reMarkable Companion" is available in the App Store and Google Play.
Use the desktop app to view and organize your documents on your computer, import files, and PDFs, and take advantage of our Screen Share feature to present ideas live from your reMarkable.
Download the apps and connect to the reMarkable cloud here.
Set up Read on reMarkable
Read on reMarkable is a way to consume your favorite blogs, news stories, or long-form content. Save web articles for later and build a reading list that you can go back to when you have time. Once you’ve sent content to your reMarkable account, you can read and annotate without distractions on your paper tablet.
Integrate your Dropbox or Google Drive
Integrate the most popular file-sharing services with your digital notebook with Integrations. Browse your files, copy them to your reMarkable, and upload notes and documents directly to your Google Drive or Dropbox account from your paper tablet. Read more about Integrations here.
Manage your Connect subscription
Keep track of your billing information, payment card details, and view your current subscription at my.remarkable.com. After signing in to your account, you can select ‘Manage Connect’ to go to your subscription account page. From here you can also change or cancel your current plan if required.
