Please note that the delivery times stated in our webshop include the handling time to prepare your order as well as the actual shipping time for it to be delivered to your door.
The current increase in global shipping activity has unfortunately led to longer than normal delivery times to some of the places we deliver to, such as Australia and New Zealand.

For Markers, Folios, and other accessories, we offer the choice of express shipping or standard shipping. The estimated delivery times for accessories can be found in our webshop during checkout. All reMarkable 2 devices (with or without accessories) are delivered with free express shipping.
Tracking your order
As soon as your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email from our courier with the tracking information for your package so you can follow its progress on its way to your door.
Be sure to check your spam folder if you can't find your tracking information. Reach out to our customer service team if you haven't received tracking info within 48 hours of placing your order.
